The HOT LIST does

This HOT LIST comprises brief descriptions
of properties currently available and recommended by RDA based on the price at
which we believe the property can be realistically purchased. The City of
Brighton & Hove properties within the specific prime location selected by RDA

The cash
outlay required to fund a purchase assuming an 80% mortgage is
